Data Science Clinic: I mentor UChicago Students at the Data Science Clinic, which hosts an experiential, project-based course (DATA 271) at UChicago. Students work in teams alongside a mentor for real-world clients from industry, academia, and social impact organizations.

Data Science for Social Impact Summer Experience: I have served as the Instructional faculty and Research Lead of the DSI’s summer research outreach program Data Science for Social Impact. This is an eight-week long immersive summer research program that mentors a selective cohort of undergraduate students to pursue research projects with wide-ranging impact on social justice issues related to climate, health, human rights, and financial equity.

- Pedagogy: Co-authoring The Chicago Guide to Data Science, a textbook for the introductory data science course sequence (DATA 118 and DATA 119) at the University of Chicago; in collaboration with Prof. Dan Nicolae, Prof. Amanda R. Kube Jotte and DSI Preceptors.

- Machine Learning Engineer: I worked in the Content Growth and Moderation Team at Quora where I contributed to the following projects.
- Reviewer Cost Reduction with Large Language Models: Trained and deployed Open AI GPT3 models for content moderation queues to auto-review content. Estimated $120,000 monthly reviewer cost reduction.
- User Moderation Pipeline with Label Propagation: Expanded User Moderation pipeline with user and content domain signals to identify spam clusters using Label Propagation.
- Migration of Moderation Pipelines: Led the migration of user moderation pipelines to Apache Spark 3.0.0.
